At Simplistic Skin Med Spa, your appointments are essential to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to fill your spot. If you do not cancel in advance, you will be charged 50% of of your service price with your on-file credit card. If we can fill your spot, you will not be charged. Effective January 1st, 2022.
If you "No-Show" without notice on the day of your appointment, we will charge you 100% of your booked service to your credit card on file. If you reschedule to come in within 1 week of your original appointment, 50% of your no-show charge will be applied as a credit. Effective January 1st, 2022.
If you are 10 minutes or more late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it does not affect our next appointment. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged 50% of the service you missed. Effective January 1st, 2022.
Gift cards purchased can not be returned. Gift cards are good for face value and may not cover the full price of an originally intended treatment due to a price increase if the gift card is not used immediately. Gift cards do not expire. Effective January 1st, 2022.
Effective January 1st, 2022, we will ask that all clients have a credit card on file.
At Simplistic Skin Med Spa, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances of production-related issues. Please read our return/refund policy carefully:

In the rare event that you encounter a production-related issue with your purchase, we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at 928-605-SKIN (7546) within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Our team will assess the problem and determine an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, or other measures, depending on the nature of the issue.
We value your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any production-related concerns promptly and fairly.
